Its a fact that the vast majority of significant basement waterproofing projects are performed on older homes, which become more and more affected by foundation damage as the years progress. New basement waterproofing, however, is still a much needed service across the country. Both contractor mistakes and poor basement waterproofing materials lead to problems in new homes that could lead to flooding or water damage if not properly remedied.
